Go placid amid the noise and haste but remember what peace there maybe in slience

As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons

Speak you truth quietly and clearly and listen to others

Even the dull and the ignorant, they to have their stories.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexation to the spirit

Keep interested in your career however humble, it is a true possession 

with the changing futures of time,
