Into the heart of the matter!

Going to Washington in a few hours (can't wait!) where there's so much to do in the 'changing those things which need to be changed' department it's overwhelming but must be done! Come join the band and me, raise the roof off of the Ustreet club with your voice & singing 'I'm Mad As Hell, I'm Not Gonna Take It Anymore'! Hope to see ya there, Nona

'angels of humanity' The Opening of Kandake House, NY

My gratitude for the gift of giving & receiving to Greenhope & Kandake House, my Super Funky Band & Rockin Singers, Ronny Drayton, Warren McRae, Etienne Stadwjck, Trevor Gale, Keyontia Hawkins & Keith Fluitt.

I wanted to say how much I enjoyed being part of you opening celebration, your spirit and commitment to Greenhope & Kandake House is inspiring.  What I most enjoyed was speaking with the ‘ladies’ briefly as I was leaving and thinking of their possibilities, of the future for their children because of you and your team at Kandake House as I was riding home.

‘angels of humanity’ (a song I will write soon).
